Laruga Glaser Since a young age Laruga has been fascinated with mind/body connections, as well as, spiritual philosophy that later attracted her to the practice of yoga over 16 years ago. It wasn’t until she stumbled upon Ashtanga Yoga when she fully immersed herself into intense daily practice for 13 of those years. Laruga Glaser (born in the 1990s) is a Swedish yoga teacher and social media influencer. She recently uploaded a few tutorial videos on Ashtanga Yoga. Her age is not revealed as of now.

That’s when I first see her – Laruga Glaser. I’m a hot, sweaty mess – while she’s as stunning as every Instagram post I’ve seen of hers. And I’m in awe. Of course, not just she glows in a different way than I am at that moment … but also because it’s odd to see a teacher of her notoriety at chanting class.

Currently Laruga directs the Ashtanga Yoga program at Yogayama in Stockholm, Sweden and teaches workshops and retreats internationally.
